Flash Wireless - Worst customer service I've seen
Insane hold times, and just horrid service, they have no idea what they are doing in any way.If you can even get on and get past their long hold times, you'll see that.
Avoid them at all costs, they don't hire enough people for service, or train them properly. Their service screws up my activation, than when I need customer service, I can't even get on because it is on hold for so long.
And don't leave the room because you can't wait for 3 hours, because it'll just disconnect you.Not to mention their website can be painful to use, and the unreasonable fees for little things.
