Not resolved

In the 2 weeks that i have been using Flash wireless i have spent over an hour on phone with them. They ported a number before we had a replacement phone.

This caused my wife to be without a phone for almost a day, before they fixed.

They double charged us for a phone, and 2 weeks later they still havent fixed the overcharge. Everytime i call the first level reps can't actually help, their solution is turn off the phone and restart it, and if you ask for a supervisor they get confrontational
