The customer service is a joke. You can only chat online and the representatives are a holes.
They charged me $100 extra last month and supposedly data charges and then when I try to explain that this is never happened before tried to tell me that I'm wrong. I've had trouble with him for the four years that I have been with him. I'm sick and tired of having fees after fees after fees. Their customer service is a joke no matter what I do or what kind of situation it is they're just jerks.
Trying to get a hold of somebody on the phone is a joke. I should have listened to people when they told me that this company and the people that work for them are Crooks this company is a fraud they just steal your money is doing your money.
