Flash Wireless - Fake non Contract Service
I never signed or verbally agreed on a contract service, and I was under the impression that I had a pre-paid monthly service through Flash Wireless under the Sprint umbrella. I was out of work for some time and was not able to pay my bill for a cycle, once I was able to pay the bill plus the reconnection fee three days later I received a text that my service was subjected to be disconnected again.
Upon calling Flash Wireless I was told that I was under a monthly terms that requires me to pay for the month that I did not have service. Under the terms and agreement section on the Flash Wireless website it states >7) “No Contract” means Flash Wireless no contract service, which is service under plans that have no upfront term commitment. Also states > (9) “Service Contract” means Flash Wireless service under a two (2) year or other contract with a term commitment (excluding No Contract). Now the scam comes in when you are forced to have a card on file from the start of your contract this allows them to put you under a condition of the so called contractual pre paid condition that is a total contradiction of what the "no contract" states on their wed site.
Speaking with two representatives and a manager it seems as if the company has this pre ordained script that keeps this fake non contract cycle in order that tells you its not a contract but behind closed doors its really setup as a contract to maintain the fees and taking of your money. If I contact Sprint they do not have my number in their system, witch tells me that lines are rented out to Flash Wireless under their prepaid service and Flash Wireless then turns around and put its customers under a non contract, contractual service that forces credit /debit cards to be stored and force payment for months that their was no service .
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $70.
Flash Wireless Cons: Not what the terms are on their website.

I been waiting since dec10 2022 for my refund of $543.90 still is not put back on card instead my card was charged twice I will not use PayPal or eBay again if this is not resolved shortly *** me to no end you can’t contact a live agent at either place

If you just paid your bill like everyone else, there would be no problem. You expect to have a free month of service when you're out of work and don't get paid?
Ah, I don't think anyone expects that. You'd be cut off service in a similar way with Sprint themselves!
