Flash Wireless - Dissatisfied
Lousy service, I'm forced to buy another phone. I follow the notice sent by flashwireless and followed the directions and no agent called and was supposed to call but didn't.
I called and no answer but put on hold for over 4 hours and I gave up. Days later I was able to talk to an agent and paid for my new phone and plan. I wait for over a week and finally get my device and call flashwireless again to active my phone and port my old number. He instructed me in the step I needed to take and said it would take 4 days to boot my phone and today is the 4th day and nothing !
He said to wait until I see internet service on my phone then I could download everything from my old phone onto the new one ! Nothing is happening ! This *** cannot continue... I have no phone or internet and is unable to receive MY MESSAGES FROM MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS AS WELL AS WHEN TO GO AND GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS !
YOU DON'T GIVE A RATS *** ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I TOTALLY AM DISPLEASED AND REGRET EVER DOING BUISENESS WITH THIS COMPANY !
Why wait 4 days ??? All *** !
