Switched 6 lines to Flash, was told it was T mobile. The initial rate we were quoted wasn't what we were ultimately charged.
The main reason we switched was to have international and to save money. Had problems from the beginning and our rep was very good at working with us, went to Europe and had no international, except on wifi (although our friends on t-mobile had complete coverage). When we returned to the states had complaints from everyone else on the plan that they were experiencing problems; dropped calls, no coverage, one kept getting recordings that she had no service, when people called. We finally had enough and moved our service back to our old provider.
We cancelled service with Flash on the 6th of the month and had paid through the 27th. When I contacted them for a refund, they said they could only give a courtesy refund for one line ($29), because that was the only record they had of me contacting them.
I explained all my contact was going thru the rep that sold us the plan and i had at least 20 texts with her. They couldn't or wouldn't verify this, so ultimately I am stuck paying for 5 lines for 3 weeks of no service.

After spending more than an hour on the phone with people that barely speak English, I ended up with multiple commercials for stuff that I am not interested in nor want but was constantly told it was part of the verification process. After repeatedly answering the same questions multiple times, what I got was a code confirming my verification.
Absolutely ridiculous!!! At this point Im ready to abandon the phone number that Ive had for 20 years and use for business. Worst experience ever!!! Next call will be to my lawyer to see what recourse I have.
By far the worst company to work with!!! Just what I needed after working a 14hr day. I will be sure I tell everyone I am in contact with to never do business with flash mobile or ACN.
I firmly believe in the 3 foot rule. Everyone within 3 feet of me will know what I dealt with!

Emailed me after I emailed there legal team and said they were finally able to retrieve my number. Yayyy
I tried to communicate this concern to many online people who were unable to help. Kept beating around the bush, one person saying its already in the process of another one of there customers getting the number so the couldnt help me, and another person said the number just got lost and no person would ever get the number again. And another person said after only 30 days they have no way to know anything about the number again. Another person said if I would have just called them and said I wanted to suspend my service everything would have been fine.
I explained due to me having covid I was unable to be around anyone to use the phone to contact them and my service was off due to them disconnecting it. With all of these different answers Im just convinced no one from customer service really even wants to out the extra effort in to help me. Being a customer of flash wireless for years Ive very disappointed. Its has caused such an inconvenience, seems how because if had the number for years its linked to almost every account I have.
Meaning I cant verify any information because its through that number.
I just dont agree that if you miss ONE payment thats grounds to completely terminate the service with no way to activate that same number again. Very disappointed.

Why wouldn’t you call them a week before payment was due or even earlier? Say payment was due January 20, you knew around the tenth you couldn’t make payment.
You never not pay and not call and then complain when service is shut off. Lesson learned.
I wasn’t unaware I wasn’t going to be able to pay, due to personal things going on it was the last thing on my mind truthfully. It always gets taken out automatically so it wasn’t something I have to remember to pay every month.
I had a death in the family and then got Covid my self so again with everything going on it wasn’t on my mind. 1 day after missed payment they immediately shut my service off.
My point of this is, I tried to contact tact many people. They were not helpful through any of this process, I was stating I’m confused most company’s give a 3 month grace period before they just completely terminate a service.
Also the did a very *** job at trying to contact to let me know if I didn’t pay in 30 days that I wouldn’t not what so every be able to get my number back, no email nothing. They stated they tried to contact my number, not sure how they figured that would work when they disconnected my phone.

Due to very clear dissatisfied multiple customers with a lovely 2.2 rating on customer service I don’t feel you have any ground to question me on the way they handled the situation. They were very unclear and unprofessional. Once a number is not paid for it’s supposed to go into a suspended state in which you are able to go and reactivate your account using the same number, this was not the case for me.
